TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.

Any terms may be discussed and adjusted prior to the start of a commission, with mutual agreement between the commissioner and myself, the artist.

I. GENERAL TERMS

• All commission-related discussions will be handled through Discord or Instagram only, please communicate clearly and respectfully.

• Please provide clear visual references.

• Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of your commission.

II. PAYMENT

• All commissions must be paid in full and upfront before work begins.

• We can discuss preferred payment methods before starting the commission.

III. COMMISSION PROCESS

Once full payment has been received, I will provide Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates at the following stages:

1. Sketch / Line-art

2. Flat Colors

3. Shading

4. Final Rendering / Completed Artwork

Additional WIP updates may be requested if I, the artist, require clarification or feedback regarding the commission.

The estimated completion time may be up to 2 months, depending on factors including but not limited to:

• Health

• Commission queue order

• Artwork complexity

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I strive to ensure each client is satisfied with their commission.

• Once the artwork is completed, only minor revisions will be allowed (e.g., small coloring or marking corrections).

• Please be as clear and detailed as possible when submitting your request to avoid misunderstandings.

V. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork.

• I reserve the right to:

  • Use the artwork for self-promotion

  • Post or display the artwork on any platform

  • Include the artwork in publications or portfolios

The commissioner is permitted to:

• Use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Print the artwork for personal use.

• Claim ownership of their original character(s), but not the artwork itself.

• Share the artwork online with proper credit to the artist.

The following actions are considered copyright infringement and will result in loss of usage rights:

• Using the artwork for commercial purposes or profit without permission.

• Claiming authorship of the artwork.

• Removing or altering watermarks or signatures.

• Editing or altering the artwork without the artist’s consent.

VI. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• The commissioner may cancel the commission at any time.

• If payment has not yet been made, the commission may be canceled with no obligation.

• If work has already begun, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
